Post-acquisition, we also invest in the properties to improve them before selling the assets and returning capital to our limited partners.

Our fund range

Our fund range gives access to a wide range of assets. We believe that a multi-asset class approach gives us access to the greatest set of opportunities through use of private equity, we actively seek acquisitions of between £1 million – £150 million.

We pay retainer fees and are actively looking for real estate investment opportunities. We will consider investments across Central London, Greater London and Home Counties.


Core strategy features stable real estate investment with long term growth and moderate leverage, where we can unlock additional value. We plan to capitalise on opportunities in fragmented markets that lend themselves to scale or strategic add ons.

We fund transactions without the need for third party financing with minimal external input required to complete: we have in-house legal and due diligence capabilities.

We invest thematically in high-quality assets, focusing where we see growth potential driven by economic and demographic trends. We are owners of real estate globally, operating assets across every major geography and sector, including logistics, housing, commercial, office and hospitality.
